P5 is a commercial millwork manufacturer first. The work that repeats most is pharmacy and medical, but the shop is set up to take any casework package end to end: shop drawings, cutting, assembly, finishing, delivery and install.

Multi-Unit Buildings
We collaborate on large, cohesive millwork packages for multi-floor and multi-unit housing. Right now that means working alongside contractors on ski lodge apartment buildings in the BC Interior and multi-unit care homes across the Okanagan.

Commercial Pharmacies
Pharmacy is the work we have done more of than anything else: over 50 pharmacy jobs since 2017, from dispensary benches to retail shelving to consultation rooms. Our installs have run from Fort McMurray to Victoria, and everywhere in between.

Medical Offices & Dental Clinics
Our work in the commercial medical sector covers dental offices and a range of other medical spaces, including walk-in clinics and the updated cancer centre at Kelowna General Hospital. Full rebuild or quick modernization, these are the projects our team is proudest to be trusted with.

Veterinary Clinics & Animal Hospitals
In 2021 we began building for animal clinics and pet hospitals across British Columbia. The rooms run from surgical stations to reception areas, so every job asks something different of both the materials and the finished product.

Childcare & Youth Centres
We supply millwork to childcare centres and education buildings across the Okanagan. The Okanagan Boys & Girls Club and the Interdisciplinary Centre at UBC Okanagan are two of the renovations we have completed, and both are the kind of job that grows new relationships.

Care home work runs alongside our multi-unit residential contracts: suite kitchens, common areas and service casework, built to the same specification as the rest of the building and delivered on the building schedule.

Retail Environments
Retail millwork means display units and fixture packages built to carry a brand. The RED Mountain presentation centre in Rossland is a good example: walnut panelling, a scale-model display table and a full display kitchen in one room.

High-End Residential
We are often handed the unique, intricate jobs that challenge an experienced team. A solid surface countertop, a wood panelled wall, a wine cellar, a full office or a full kitchen. We take on every calibre of job, and each one pushes the shop a little further.
